Don't make so many plans that getting them all done will be overwhelming!
Start with a 3 step plan.
Step 1 - No more than 3 things per day to accomplish! Make sure you have time to get them all done! Work smarter not harder. The more that you can actually get done and done well the better you will feel! (the better you get with time management, the more you will be able to integrate into your daily routine!) If you start small and are successful you will be and the better you will feel.
Step 2 - Make sure you allow enough time to get each task finished.
Step 3 - Finishing all of your projects for that day is the KEY. Any unfinished projects must be finished first before you can add the next 3 plans can be made for the next day! ie: if you get 2 things done and you still have one project left. You make sure you put the one thing that was left over from the previous day, at the top of the list for tomorrow.
Once you get into a routine you will find that you have a better outlook on your life!
